How fast can you start my roof?
Most Calgary re-roofs are booked within one to two weeks of accepting the quote. Active leaks and storm damage get emergency tarping the same week.
Do you handle hail damage insurance claims?
Yes. We inspect, photograph and measure the damage, then work directly with your adjuster on scope and supplements. You pay your deductible, nothing more.
What does a Calgary roof replacement cost?
Typical single-family homes land between $6,500 and $18,000 depending on square footage, pitch, layers and whether decking or eavestrough need replacing. The written quote is fixed.
How long does the job take?
One to two days for most homes, three for complex rooflines or added plywood. We tell you the day count before you sign.
What shingles do you install?
Class 3 and Class 4 impact-rated architectural asphalt shingles are our Calgary default, because hail is the number one killer of roofs here. We also install flat and low-slope membrane.
What warranty comes with it?
The manufacturer material warranty plus our own written workmanship warranty on installation and flashing, both handed over in your closeout package.
